About Lina
My journey in programming began with curiosity about software, apps, and technology. Over nine years, I have mastered multiple programming languages, frameworks, and development tools while nurturing a passion for teaching. Guiding students through the process of learning coding allows me to inspire creativity, analytical thinking, and independent problem-solving, helping learners transform curiosity into tangible skills. I teach with patience, clarity, and adaptability. Recognising that every student has a unique pace and learning style, I adjust instruction to suit individual needs while providing challenges that foster growth. I emphasise hands-on projects, problem-solving strategies, and creative exploration, ensuring that lessons are both educational and engaging. Beyond the classroom, I continue working on programming projects, exploring emerging technologies, and refining my teaching methodology. I believe that learning programming is a lifelong journey and that staying current allows me to provide students with both practical knowledge and inspiration. Teaching programming is not only my profession—it is a way to empower students to take control of technology and use it creatively and confidently.

Programming is a powerful tool for problem-solving, creativity, and innovation in the modern world. In my lessons, I focus on teaching coding as both a technical skill and a logical language that students can use to bring ideas to life. I create a supportive, interactive environment where learners can experiment, make mistakes, and grow from them. My teaching emphasises understanding underlying principles, not just memorising syntax, so students develop confidence, independence, and analytical thinking. Each lesson combines clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, and practical exercises to make programming both accessible and inspiring. Beginners start with foundational concepts such as variables, loops, conditionals, functions, and simple program logic. Intermediate learners progress to debugging strategies, object-oriented programming, algorithm development, and project-based applications. Advanced students explore data structures, software design principles, algorithm optimisation, and real-world programming challenges. Assignments, coding projects, and exam or competition preparation are integrated throughout, allowing students to reinforce understanding, build portfolios, and gain confidence in applying skills practically. As learners progress, programming becomes more than an academic subject—it becomes a tool for creative expression and logical problem-solving. Students develop resilience, focus, and innovation, learning to approach problems systematically while exploring their creativity. My goal is for every student to leave lessons confident, competent, and capable of designing and implementing solutions in the digital world, equipped with skills for both study and life.
