IMy teaching methods are about giving people the basic knowledge and letting the student explore that subject on their own while giving support where needed. From personal experiences I find this the best way to learn and grow Ur confidence and skills. First lesson plan would consist of me teaching you the basics of the program at the start and letting you explore the program by yourself then giving support when need. Then lessons onward would consist of me teaching a few tools each week until you are confident in your skills. Then we can either learn something or continue with the current subject if still uneasy with it. I will also show you good resources to
