About Viktorija
I recently graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering, which meant years of building a solid foundation in math since it's the backbone of everything in the field, from algorithms to systems design. Alongside that, I currently work as a Python tutor at Kodland, so teaching isn't new to me, I already spend my time breaking down technical concepts for students and adjusting my explanations until something actually clicks.
I take tutoring seriously. I show up prepared, I pay attention to how you specifically learn rather than repeating the same explanation everyone gets, and I follow up if you're stuck on something between lessons. My engineering background means I'm comfortable with the material at a deep level, not just reciting formulas, so if you ask "why" instead of just "how," I can actually answer that.

I just finished my degree in Computer Engineering, and I currently teach Python at Kodland, but math has always been the thing underneath all of it. You can't really do engineering or programming without being solid in algebra, precalc, and calculus, so that's where a lot of my actual background is.
I tutor algebra, precalculus, calculus, and general college and university prep math. If you're also into programming or IT and the math side is what's tripping you up, that's honestly where I can help the most. I studied it, I use it, and I can usually tell pretty quickly whether someone's stuck because they don't get the concept or because they just haven't practiced the right kind of problem yet.
I keep lessons pretty relaxed and go at whatever pace actually works for you. No judgment if you're behind or if it's been a while, we just start where you are and go from there.
