About Connor
I have been dedicated to fitness and health from an early age however that has not stopped illness or injury from holding me back, I have fought through both injuries and serious illness so now I believe in helping others realise their potential and fight back against illness, injury or depression to build not just their body but their mind. Everyone should see how amazing they are and what they are capable of!!
