About Bianca
I started my tutoring experience when I was in High school when I voluntarily provide basic mathematics and English lesson to the orphanage kids in Indonesia, Jakarta. I then joined a peer to peer mentoring at Deakin College in which gives me the opportunity to provide other students with study guide in relation to their course material. This opportunity leads me to another experience, which I signed up for a private tutoring through a Website named Student VIP. I offered private tutor for most commerce and business units to the bachelor students. Since I have always had the passion for teaching and love kids at the same time I tried to look for a tutoring agency that will give me the chance to teach both primary and secondary students. I then joined Tutor Bright and have had amazing experience teaching different kids from different level and has built a good relationship with both the parents and the students. I have a valid Working with Children Check and reference evidence that could validate all my previous teaching and mentoring experience.

My teaching method is I always got the students to show me what they are best at and what they are most capable of doing. By doing that, I believe it would improve their level of confidence and get to know the tutor well in a comfortable way. Then I will follow up by asking questions on what sort of teaching approach do they like the most, every students is unique and they have their own way of thinking and problem solving. I always believe that by letting students explore their creativity and critical thinking would really help them in understanding a topic much better rather than applying one approach which they will only remember it temporarily.
