About Poppy
I have loved learning maths throughout my education. Currently, I am in a gap year and in 2024 I will be undertaking a maths degree at university. Beyond graduating, I intend on gaining a degree apprenticeship in teaching and going on to educate at a secondary school level.

I would tailor each lesson to suit each individual student, discussing which topics you find difficult and progressively working our way through every part. Having gained experience tutoring younger students prior to and throughout my Alevels, I have an understanding of how to deconstruct larger questions into smaller more manageable sections. I believe it is important to rigorously learn the method of solving problems, but it is more important to understand them and why they are solved that way.
