About Edie
I am interested in teaching and tutoring because I am passionate about learning. I loved my learning experience throughout high school, but I also know how difficult it can be to stay on top of work, especially in VCE. I have tutored several students in a range of subjects since graduating and have really enjoyed meeting new people and developing my teaching.

I usually give maths lessons for an hour at a time. In lessons, I like to start by going over concepts and notes for the chosen topic. I clarify to students any parts of the theory they don't understand, demonstrating with examples. Then, I find it useful to do worked examples together.
I am open to helping with homework tasks, preparing for SACs, and even exams. I will tailor the lesson plan to the needs of the student.
I have been tutoring for about 6 months since graduating from high school last year. I completed general maths in 2023 and achieved a raw score of 42 and an A+ in my exams and SACs
