About Alexander
Just as every superhero has an origin story, so does every transformation I help craft through fitness and coaching. I'm a competitive bodybuilder, but I don't just shape my own physique; I help shape the lives of those willing to embark on their own fitness journey. As someone who has been on the path to physical excellence, I have amassed a treasure trove of knowledge, the kind that fuels the metamorphosis from ordinary to extraordinary.
Imagine, for a moment, that your life is a blank canvas. My role is that of the guide who helps you create your masterpiece with vivid colors of training, dieting, and supplementation mechanisms. I delve into the intricate details, meticulously explaining every step. It's not just about looking like a superhero, it's about feeling like one too - invincible, unstoppable, a beacon of health radiating from within.
Health consciousness is not a trend; it's a lifestyle that I fervently advocate. Every breath we take, every meal we consume, every movement we make - they are all steps on the grand staircase of well-being. Each one of us holds the power to ascend, and I am here to show you the way.
I also work in the investment management industry, just as exciting as helping our clients close a £300m investment deal, it's more exciting to see people completing transform their life, not the body.

• I’m a lifelong competitive bodybuilder, I have an extensive amount of knowledge in the fitness industry. I also work in the investment management industry.
• Online or in-person coaching and training in London (1-1.5-hour session).
• 30 mins-1 hour consultation on any topics. I will answer all your training/dieting/supplementation questions or any other questions without any reservations.
• I differentiate myself from other trainers by teaching and explaining everything in depth in terms of the mechanisms, reasoning, and philosophy of how we can structure and bespoke everything specific to your own needs. Extremely efficient in achieving your goals.
• No cookie-cutter scams. Not a rep counting robot you see in the gym.
• I can assess your physique/fitness level and give feedback and advice on how and what to improve.
