With 13 years dedicated to mastering Muay Thai and 9 years honing my boxing skills, I boast a wealth of experience that extends across over 25 fights. My journey has taken me around the globe, participating in prestigious tournaments such as IKF and the World Cup. Not only am I a seasoned competitor, but I've also contributed to the growth of others by training both beginners and professionals. If you are a beginner we will go over the basics a proper fight stance !
As we advance you will learn combos slips footwork etc !
If you are advanced we will go over the fundamentals to see where your at a see what we need to refresh ! From there we will go over new setups faints diff combos all the fun stuff aha
