About Diana

I have coached both trampolining and in a roller skating and skateboarding camp. I have competed in many different competitions at different levels from friendlies to nationals in gymnastic trampolining . I have been part of the squad team in both academies that I was with.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology if to first ensure each individual feels safe and comfortable both on and off of the trampoline bed, ensuring they are fully stretched and ready to start learning skills from the basics and upwards while improving technique and form.
