Practicing Company Secretary | Educator | Corporate Mentor I am Apeksha Nagori, and my professional identity is split between two worlds: the high-stakes boardroom and the inspiring classroom. As a practicing Company Secretary, I spend my days navigating the complexities of corporate governance and legal compliance. However, my true passion lies in deconstructing those complexities for students. With over six years of experience teaching Accountancy and Corporate Law, I have seen firsthand the "disconnect" between what is written in a syllabus and what is expected in the industry. Why I Share My Knowledge I don’t believe in teaching just to help students pass an exam. I teach because I want to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional excellence. Empowering Future Professionals: I’ve seen many brilliant students struggle when they enter the workforce because they learned the what but not the how. I share my knowledge to ensure my students enter their careers with confidence and a "practitioner's mindset." Simplifying the Complex: Law and Accounts are often seen as dry or intimidating.
