About Dimitra

My name is teacher Dimitra, and I'm an experienced online ESL teacher. I love teaching English and helping my students improve their language skills. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced learner, my lessons are tailored to your needs and learning style. Have fun while learning!

About the lesson

As an online ESL teacher with four years of experience, a degree in Communications, and a TEFL certificate, I approach private tutoring with a personalised and tailored approach for each student. My methodology emphasises practical language use and real-world scenarios, utilising multimedia resources such as videos, podcasts, and online games to make the lessons engaging and enjoyable. I adapt my teaching style to suit each student's needs and am proficient in teaching English, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

During a typical lesson, students can expect an interactive and engaging experience, starting with a review of the previous lesson and an introduction to the new topic. I incorporate various activities such as role-plays, discussions, and games to reinforce the new material and improve language skills. My lessons are aimed at students of all levels, from beginner to advanced, and I can accommodate specific needs such as business English, exam preparation, or conversation practice.

Overall, my personalised approach and emphasis on practical language use make me a unique and effective ESL teacher. Students can expect to see significant improvement in their language skills while enjoying the learning process.
