About Sayan

With years of experience in the field of mathematics and a passion that transcended the corporate world, I made the bold leap from a thriving career in a multinational company to follow my true calling as a math teacher. Having worked in the fast-paced corporate sector for 2 years, I discovered that my real passion lies in helping others unlock their potential through the beauty of math.

As a Math Olympiad qualifier with a natural flair for problem-solving, I bring an exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts and make math both engaging and intuitive for my students. Whether it's arithmetic, algebra, geometry, or problem-solving, I empower my students to tackle any challenge with confidence and curiosity.

Join me on a learning journey where math isn't just about formulas—it’s about mastering skills that will last a lifetime!

Method:
# I prioritize conceptual understanding over rote memorization. Rather than just teaching students to apply formulas and procedures, I ensure that they fully grasp the "why" behind each concept.
#Whether it's algebraic equations, geometric shapes, or trigonometric identities, I break down complex ideas into simple, digestible chunks. This approach not only helps students solve problems but also strengthens their foundation for future, more advanced topics.
#After explaining a concept, I provide multiple opportunities for them to work through problems independently.

Class Structure:
Step 1: Quick Recap of Previous Lesson.
Step 2: Introduce the new concept, explain the theory, and set the foundation for learning.
Step 3: Guided Practice. Ensure that students can apply the new concept with guidance.
Step 4: Allow students to apply the concept independently to assess understanding and build confidence.
Step 5: Ensure the student understands the lesson, clarify any doubts, and reinforce key points.
Step 6: Homework Assignment & Practice.

Special Feature:
#I take a personalized approach to teaching, adjusting my methods based on the student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style.
#I believe in creating a classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and seeking help without judgment.
