I chose teaching because being around children is like being endowed with perpetual youth. The love, laughter, creativity and imagination of children are like an eternal fountain of joy and vitality.

Encourage self-learning through the facilitator style in the class session through increased peer to teacher learning. Activities are used to promote self-discovery and develop problem-solving skills, which can often lead to the student developing a much deeper understanding of the topic. Using the facilitator method/style, I will actively interact with pupils individually.
