About Angel
Stretch proper for the dance, work motor coordination, practice of displacements, small turns, practices of wavy movements of arms, hands and hips, practice of movements of hips, brief explanations of how each movement of arms, hands, shoulders, hips, head. Small choreography of sequence of steps taken in class in a light and easy to understand way. Slow and fast music. Final relaxation.

I love dancing since I was little. I started with contemporary dance, but life took me to what is most beautiful for spiritual, mental and physical health for women. After a while of practice, I never had cramps, PMS and menstrual delays again. I became much lighter and happier as a woman. The students always do better than they do and this is very incredible. Therefore, I also love to teach and see the joy and evolution of the students. It is priceless to see a woman transforming herself through this dance, which is an ancient art that only brings benefits: “Belly dancing is a poetic expression of the body full of gestures and meanings. It is a celebration of femininity, developed by women and for women. ” (Rhamza Alli)
