About Xiaoling
Xiao Ling has been immersed in the culture of Martial Arts (Kung Fu, Tai chi, Tea Kwon Do) and sports since her childhood. She was a teacher of aerobic sports since she was 18 years old. Later in Hong Kong it was with Chan Shifu that she practiced them even more. She is also a Feng Shui consultant (disciple of Low Shifu). LING GONG QUAN is a discipline of her own creation that combines the beauty of Tai Chi, the power of Kung-Fu and the flexibility of Yoga. LING GONG QUAN will provide you with great qualities of healing of body tissues. It strengthens muscles (by development of long muscles), and it increases flexibility. At the same time it facilitates weight loss and most of all it keeps the body young and dynamic for life. That is a promise!

After a relaxing warm-up, the LING GONG QUAN takes the form of continuous movements to develop and build great power and flexibility which will be necessary to carry out the ancient Kung-Fu Wushu positions in the following phase of the lesson. A traditional Chinese relaxation session based on the science of breathing, with old traditional ZEN techniques will perfectly finish off the lesson to assure you a feeling of satisfaction and equilibrium. LING GONG QUAN brings you ultra flexibility, balance, serenity and most of all a feeling of physical and spiritual satisfaction.
