About Sara
I am a sophomore at Columbia University studying Mechanical Engineering with a 3.85 GPA, and graduated high school at the Alabama School of Math and Science, a boarding school in Mobile, AL. I've taken all my high school English and Reading classes and got all A's and received a perfect 36 in Reading ACT on two separate testing occasions. I have a 4.0 unweighted GPA, and I am known for being able to explain concepts well and will do various approaches in making sure that a student understands their content.

Sara is a very knowledgeable person who is able to clearly explain concepts that are otherwise difficult to comprehend. She doesn’t give answers immediately, but instead challenges you to figure it out with hints which build upon your problem-solving skills. I believe she is a wonderful tutor that encourages and assists you to get better.
