About My
I am a Chemistry student at Western Washington University, I am hoping to become a high school Chemistry and Math teacher. I grew up and lived in Vietnam until 2018, I participated in multiple math contests there. This year 2024, I have had the chance to work with high schools through Compass to Campus. I helped and tutored students with general science and math every week. My specialties are math, general physics and chemistry. I love numbers and formulas. I can be patient and allow students to work at their own pace.

My teaching method is repetition, students should be able to solve a problem multiple times with different variables and wordings, and explain the concept back to me or someone else. My session starts with the student's prior knowledge to the concept, or review from their lesson at school, then on to problem solving. I would like to work with middle school and high school level students.
