About Mohina
I am Mohina Banerjee and I love to dance as I mentioned before. Dancing has helped me in innumerable ways starting from expressing happiness ,releasing negative emotions,improving flexibility ,to helping me gain confidence in myself. As a human being ,both physical and mental health is very important and dancing will keep them both healthy. During this time ,when we are stuck at home due to a pandemic ,channelling your energy into something useful and creative ,will be extremely fruitful.

My method of teaching varies depending on the student's level of understanding. The first 10 mins of the class goes into warmups and stretches, then the next 50mins into techniques /dance .I tend to break down the techniques in their simplest form ,choreographing dance pieces based on the student's strong points. I am extremely patient and I believe anyone can dance ,all they need is guidance,practice and dedication . Always remember that you are your only competition .
