I have worked as a teacher for four years and in the English and Literature field at a library for five years. I understand how important English and Language Arts are to succeeding in any field and how essential mastering the techniques are for tests like ACT and SAT. My teaching approach is tailored to the student's goals. I can teach across many levels, from young readers to older high school students studying for the ACT. My typical lesson plan will start with a warm-up or review to start thinking about the material, then working on specific goals, and ending with an exercise to finish before the next session. I can also offer guidance on a particularly difficult project.
