As a college student tutoring elementary to middle school students in math, science, and social studies, I focus on making learning engaging, interactive, and student-centered. I adapt each lesson to fit the student’s learning style, often using digital whiteboards, visuals, and real-life examples to break down complex topics. A typical lesson starts with a quick review, followed by an interactive explanation of new material, guided practice, and a chance for the student to try on their own, wrapping up with a recap and feedback. My approach stands out because I prioritize patience, adaptability, and creating a comfortable space for students to ask questions and make mistakes. With a deep understanding of the challenges students face, I aim to make each lesson both educational and confidence-building, catering to elementary to middle school students at various levels and needs.
