About Peter
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology-Research Emphasis with full honors (Summa Cum Laude), as well as a minor in Chemistry from a university in Tennessee (although I am in Texas). I have been accepted into medical school but chose to take a gap year so I will start in the Fall of 2022. In the meantime, I wish to help others succeed in their scholastic endeavors!

As a tutor in the past, I have felt that most students struggle because the teacher talks at a high or complicated level, which in turn confuses the student. I like to try and take the information and bring it to a level that students understand and build from there to reach a point of success.
A typical lesson plan for me is to offer the student what they want to work on, such as homework or take-home quizzes. If the student does not have anything specific, I like to review the information being learned with them and find gaps in knowledge until they are successful in the material.
I understand learning can be stressful and difficult so I am very patient! And of course, there are no stupid questions with me!
I typically tutor high school and college-level students, but I can also help middle school level as well.
