In my 15 year’s teaching college my Student Survey Feedback was always in the top 10% of my peers. My Performance Reviews were all very positive and my several Dean’s feedback was “keep up the good work!”. Peer reviews were also very encouraging and I was seen as a good team player and mentor.

I had a successful 30 year business career and always wanted to share my varied experiences with college business students. In my second career as a business instructor I did this and my students appreciated my real life experiences. I did not just read it in a book but I have actually done these things that we are teaching.
I put myself in the students position and explain to them how it works.
