About Marla
Hi, I’m Marla, a math tutor with 6 years of experience helping K-12 and college 1st year students actually enjoy math. I know how frustrating it feels when numbers don’t make sense, because I’ve been there too. That’s why I focus on patience, clear explanations, and turning “I can’t” into “I get it!”
Over the past 6 years, I’ve worked with 200+ students on everything from elementary math and algebra to calculus I and SAT/ACT prep. My goal isn’t just better grades, it’s building the confidence that sticks with you long after the test is over.
