About Vinicyus
* Live replay analysis - I use the Hindsight 20/20 methodology, which aims to review the best decision the student could have made in each situation; * Goal and Draft Analysis - Dota is a game composed of different heroes, so it is crucial to know which hero is appropriate for each team composition; * Mindgames and Empathy - Dota is a psychological game that requires skill, knowledge and quick thinking. Even if the player is not mechanically skillful, it is faster to predict a situation when you imagine what will happen; * General Game Mechanics - Dota is the most complex Moba there is, and every detail of the game weighs for the victory or defeat of your team. Notions of fog, respawn of the Roshan, time of wave of creeps, Aggro among others will also be studied.

Post graduates in Strategic People Management, I am able to analyze profiles and transform potential into performance. Played DotA since 2007, at the time of GGClient. At the time I played in the main Brazilian In-Houses: Remakes, IHBR and international: IDEC. In this period of In-House I was able to meet and play with several players who have marked their name in the national and international Dota: Fear, slahser, Merlini, Polar, Chicken, Sune, brTT, H4nn1 among others. Also at the time, I formed a team with friends to play the extinct LND (National League of DotA), which had 256 teams, reaching TOP 8. In DotA 2, I participated in IXDL, a North American In-House, where I played matches with and against: Demon, Arteezy, Ush, BSJ, Ixmike88 among others. Today my area of action is more about helping players to evolve their levels and, consequently, increase MMR.
