About Pietro
Giving people advice on career management and job hunting has been part of my day-to-day job but also of my personal life for years. I have helped (and continue to do so) countless friends with difficult career decisions and I take great personal pride and honour in supporting people being successful in their professional life. My qualifications are over 7 years' experience advising private equity firms and publicly listed companies on c-suite and board hiring decisions; and conversely CEOs and other c-suite executives on career decisions. I built my own career between a high-growth boutique firm and the world's leading leadership advisory group (where I currently work).

These one-to-one sessions are directed to junior to mid-level professionals who want to take ownership of and accelerate their careers or successfully pivot into a new career path / industry. To be successful in today's highly competitive talent market, one needs to plan their path to success and take the necessary steps to follow that path. I specialise in advising clients on c-suite and board hires and consequently CEOs, Chairmen and other c-suite executives across various sectors on career decisions. I will bring years of experience from working with some of the very best companies and executives in the business world to our sessions with a tailored, best-in-class approach to your individual career needs.
