I am Esteban, I am a fifth semester student of physical education and sport at the University of the Valley, I have been training calisthenics for six years and I am passionate about sport since it is a path that takes you away from everything that hurts you, sport saved my life. life and I want that, as well as me, save more people.

In my training you will not find only sweat and blood, you will find sports reasoning and science applied to practice.
