Foncez ces séances vous motiverons pour atteindre vos objectifs et toujours dans la bonne humeur .Bientôt 2 ans que Jonathan me suit au moins 1 fois par semaine, et je ne suis pas prêt de m'arrêter! J'ai pu courir mon premier 10km tout en douceur et avec beaucoup de plaisir, moi qui détestais la course à pied.
