About Salomé
Currently president of LéoWorkout (university bodybuilding association), I give group or individual lessons several times a week. Coaching people, motivating them, helping them to push their limits and to progress allow me to be fulfilled in this role of coach.
My scientific skills as well as my knowledge in nutrition allow me to bring you more than a session , understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. It also helps to better understand how your body works and how it works inside of it when you play sports.

I offer you trainings adapted to your objectives and your level.
Mass gain, fat loss, get back in shape, gain strength, whatever your goals and your situation, I can give you lessons to make you become the best version of yourself!
The sessions are à la carte, in addition to training I can provide you with:
- Theory (of sport, anatomy, physiology, training methodology, ...)
- Nutrition (basics of nutrition, how improve your diet at a lower cost and without suddenly changing your habits).
Each session can therefore be accompanied by explanations.
I will take care to watch all your movements to teach you how to exercise the movements correctly.
If you wish, I will send you a summary of the session with the different exercises, the parts of the body worked, etc ...
