Hello, You want to get back to the sport, lose a few pounds and refine your silhouette or you are looking for performance and want to be accompanied during your training sessions, then call on my services! I am a graduate trainer and I intervene throughout North Nantes. My method is simple, we set together a goal that can be weight loss, fitness or physical maintenance. Thanks to this objective I will prepare you individualized sessions that meet your expectations. I travel to your home or workplace at your convenience.
