About Faris
I am a fitness coach (calisthenics and street workout), zumba and martial arts (muai thai and full contact) with an experience of 8 years. I started at the age of 13 to practice martial arts and I quickly diversified. I worked as a sports coach and also as a zumba teacher. Sport has become an important part of my life.

I think that to reach its goal and keep it in the future, it is important to be motivated and to see sport as a way to feel free and not just an obligation.

Perfect! Faris est un excellent coach. Il connaît beaucoup de disciplines, aussi bien le fitness, la remise en forme que la danse et les arts martiaux. En plus, il est très pédagogue et très sympathique. A recommander !
Perfect! cela va faire 1 mois qu'on bosses ensemble c'est un homme qui aime son travail en plus d'être gentil et bien élevé sans doute un des meilleurs coach au monde qui vous aidera a atteindre vos objectifs , quel qu'ils soit .

C'est un prof super, dont la motivation et le courage sont contagieux et grâce à qui j'ai recommencé a aimé faire du sport.
