About Bruna
I am a coach and mentor with international experience in Brazil and the UK. With a background in teaching and now specialising in personal development, I help students and professionals build clarity, confidence, and balance. Currently studying Level 5 CIPD Learning & Development and Coaching & Mentoring, I bring both academic knowledge and real-life experience to my sessions. My goal is to guide you with empathy, structure, and proven strategies so you feel supported and empowered throughout your journey. I love books, music, films, art and I always try to bring them into my work to make it all more inspiring and light!

I combine professional coaching techniques with my teaching background and a creative touch — using books, films, music, and real-life examples to make every lesson engaging and practical. I specialise in adults and young professionals who want clarity, confidence, and balance in life. I am currently studying CIPD Learning & Development and Coaching & Mentoring RQF Level 5 in the UK. Methodology at a glance: Creative tools: books, films, music, and real-life examples Focused coaching: clear steps, reflection exercises, and action plans Structure: 30 to 90-minute sessions (agreed previously), personalised to your needs International experience: Brazil & UK, Level 5 Coaching & Mentoring + CIPD L&D For whom: adults and young professionals seeking clarity, confidence, and balance Outcome: practical insights and lasting transformation you can apply in everyday life.
