About Maria
I have been extremely lucky in my life to have had so many amazing musical opportunities. A lot of different people and experiences have inspired my love for teaching singing and I want to share all I've learned with my students! I recently moved to South-East London having completed my degree in Birmingham. During my time at conservatoire, I absorbed a lot of technical knowledge, language pronunciation, stagecraft, collaborated with incredible musicians and received coaching from some of the top professionals in the country. I genuinely love making music and have all the tools to help you achieve your singing potential!

My lessons are tailored to the individual - covering healthy vocal technique and coaching on your favourite songs/arias. The aim is to have fun and experiment in a supportive environment! I recommend 30/45 minute lessons in general with 60 minute lessons for more advanced students. I graduated with a BMus (Hons) first class degree from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and also have my ARSM Singing Diploma. Lessons are best suited for age 7 and up, all abilities welcome!

Perfect! Maria is highly knowledgeable about the workings of the singing voice and is a first rate musician. She is caring, conscientious and very well organised. You would be in safe hands! As I have found, she is particularly adept at developing the voice through the classical repertoire, and has also helped me with pronunciation in Italian, German, French and Latin. Maria has additionally helped me a great deal with lighter, musical theatre interpretation and delivery.
