About Carissa
You need a teacher who refuses to ignore poor technique. My 11 years of experience at the bench means I spot errors before they become habits. I hold an Artist Diploma in Music Performance from Berklee College of Music.
My studio approach focuses on posture, hand position, and rhythm. I have taught countless students to play with precision.
I stay focused on the mechanics of sound. My lessons demand rigor because music is a precise discipline.
You will learn chord voicing and sight reading immediately. I expect dedication to dynamics and expression in every bar of music. I am the mentor who ensures you perform with confidence after 1 term. I enjoy seeing students finally control the instrument.
