About Daniela
I am trained in Classical Pilates by Cotrone Pilates in West Hollywood. I am 26 years old and I am a photographer and entrepreneur passionate for movement.
From the age of 4 I was a ballet dancer and since then I have danced lyrical, completed a 300h yoga certification and have trained in boxing. I love pilates for how strong it has made me and it also helps with my leg injury, which I got back when I was a ballerina.

My lessons are based on Classical Pilates with some influences from ballet and boxing. We focus on lengthening and improving flexibility while developing a strong and lean posture and appearance. Pilates improves your mobility and mental clarity and through these targetted movements we elevate your life outside of the studio.
The first 30 minutes are to get to know each other and your goals.
