I see music as an art in which the student can express himself, grow emotionally and perfect as a person. The piano as instrument allows to improve the motor coordination, institutes discipline and focus in the student and several studies indicate until a strong relation between playing the piano with an increase of the cognitive function. I like to think that lessons should be in a relaxed environment, not neglecting rigor and work for the best possible results. I believe that any student, regardless of his or her age, is able to learn the instrument as long as they feel like learning. I am relaxed but rigorous, I believe that hard work and the key to success, but my main goal is not only to have fun but also to learn and, above all, to inspire a taste for art and music. Although my training is classic I am open to all styles of music that the student brings as a suggestion, thus allowing to explore other areas appealing to the student.
