About Jacqueline
I trained formally in classical ballet for 12 years under the guidance of a former Royal Ballet dancer in California as well as through summer sessions in Munich, Germany and Guadalajara, Mexico. During this time, I developed a strong foundation in ballet technique, classical repertoire, and the cultural aspects of ballet. As I advanced, I began incorporating other disciplines into my training, including Pilates, yoga, and cardio exercises like biking and jump rope. Over the years, this competency across several physical disciplines has enriched my formal ballet training and given me a unique approach to fitness and dance.

I offer both classical ballet lessons and ballet inspired fitness sessions, adapted for students of all levels. My classes have a strong focus on proper form to efficiently build strength, flexibility, and stamina as well as gracefulness for everyday life. I am passionate about sharing my love for ballet and fitness through challenging yet joyful and fun classes.
