Conscious progressive contortionism instructor Fitcontor method, basic level. You don't need experience to get started with this. Personalized training, monitoring the student individually, we take care of the body, our basis is health and not reaching the figure, an experienced yoga instructor.

I give ONLINE classes in Spanish and English.
Face-to-face classes in MAR DEL PLATA downtown area.
Ondeman mode classes.
I see you via zoom once a month, we analyze your needs and send you 3 classes recorded focused on your needs.
Then I'll see you again the next month and we continue to advance in your own personal process. We handle ourselves through a personal Google classroom where you can ask me the questions you want, you can send me photos and videos or ask for more explanations.
