About Tantra
Hello, here is a little piece of me…
My name is Álvaro, I was born in Barcelona but I consider myself from the world. Since I was little I have been discovering the world through my senses. I became interested in movement therapies and conscious eating.
Dance, meditation and breathing were my driving force in life from a very young age and when I remember the great gift of having the possibility of sharing with Quim since I was 3 years old, a dance and meditation teacher. Since then my relationship with myself and with what surrounds me is more conscious.
The expression of creativity, both in people and in nature, led me to study a Postgraduate Degree in Scenography.
Having time for self-knowledge and personal development, I trained as a tantric massage therapist in 2008 with Anand Rudra. Tantric therapist at the Ipsalud school, also receiving Tandava teaching with Daniel Odier and the Goddess Chamunda.
The awakening of Kundalini and personal work amplified the Shiva that is in me. For more than 13 years I embarked on a new path of growth, dedicating all my time to traveling, to the practice of Tantra and its dissemination.
Since then I have been on the journey and from it, I am collecting the tools of the path that never cease to surprise me, spiritual psychology, body reading, Sacred Geometry and Shamanism.
Rebirther at Rebirthing International with Fanny Van Leare and Irene Jové in 2011.
Initiated in Babaji's Kriya Yoga with Acharya Mirabai 2013.
I have been part of various festivals and meetings, leading groups of between 30 and 90 people.
I currently direct personalized training, integrative therapy, Tantra training in Santiago and Pucón where we are also organizing spiritual growth retreats & workshops and conscious travel through Asia and South America.
