About Rita
Hi I'm Rita and I'm a clarinettist based in Cardiff! I'm currently in my 4th year of my BMus Clarinet Performance degree at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and have 11 years of playing experience in my instrument. I'm friendly and approachable, and make my lessons accessible to a wide age and experience range - whether you're at an advanced level already, or just starting out, I'd love to hear from you!

I am approachable and I aim to create a positive and nurturing environment in my lessons where every student, no matter their age and experience, can thrive and learn something new each time! My lessons will be tailored individually to YOU, to help you develop at your desired pace and also have fun playing both in lessons and out. I have a grade 8 ABRSM with Distinction both in Clarinet and Saxophone and my playing experience is currently at almost 11 years, during which I also gained a lot of performing experience, ranging from Orchestral to Musical Theatre. I offer lessons to students of all ages, who are either working towards their exams (ABRSM grades 1-8 and equivalent) or who just want to learn for fun! Lessons usually range from 30 mins to 1 hour, depending on your age and availability.
