About Rohit
I'm a Civil Engineering professional with a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Auckland.
I’ve always enjoyed solving problems and understanding how things work, and over time I realized that I enjoy something just as much—helping others understand it too. That’s what brought me to teaching.
To me, Math and Science are not just school subjects—they are tools that help us think clearly and solve real-world problems. My goal is to make these subjects feel less intimidating and more logical and enjoyable for students.
In my sessions, I focus on keeping things simple, practical, and easy to relate to. I don’t just want students to memorize formulas. I want them to actually understand the concepts and feel confident using them on their own.
I enjoy teaching because there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a student go from “I don’t get it” to “Oh, that actually makes sense!” That moment is what motivates me.

Hello! My name is Rohit Sharma, and I am a Civil Engineering professional with a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Auckland. I am passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve success in Mathematics and Science.
My teaching approach focuses on making complex concepts simple, practical, and easy to understand. Rather than relying on memorization, I help students develop a strong foundation by explaining the "why" behind each concept. I adapt my lessons to each student's learning style, pace, and academic goals.
Drawing from my engineering background and real-world industry experience, I connect mathematical and scientific concepts to practical applications, making learning more engaging and meaningful. Whether you need help with school coursework, exam preparation, assignments, geometry, algebra, trigonometry, or general science, I will provide structured guidance and personalized support.
