About Maz
Calisthenics has had an incredibly positive influence in my life. I have developed so much confidence and purpose through my journey to become the athlete I am today. Apart from building physical strength, I have developed discipline and resilience that has benefited my life in so many ways.
I want to help you achieve these same results through calisthenics, and become the strongest, most confident version of yourself. Especially as a female athlete, I am very aware of how intimidating the calisthenics space can be for women, and I can provide a safe space for you to get into calisthenics and build incredible bodyweight strength

I specialise in calisthenics and bodyweight strength training. I was self-taught for my first 5 years of training and have subsequently worked closely with a coach, so I have ample experience of trial and error and figuring out what works
Each session will be roughly 1 hour and will consist of a warm-up, followed by skill-specific training, strength work, and a cool down. Specific exercises will be tailored to your goals and current strength levels
I am able to work with any age, strength level (complete beginner to high-level athlete), and gender, however I have a preference for female clients
