About Micaela Shinká
I am Micaela Shinka, an artist and choreographer who graduated from UNA (Argentina).
I have been teaching dance for 12 years and have trained in various disciplines of movement and body training.
My journey through sensory perception, improvisation, anatomy, and physical training gave rise to a proposal that invites us to inhabit and recognize the body: its joint and muscular movements in their most technical and specific display (biomechanics), and also to explore the relationship with perception, expression, and presence.
Depending on the group or individual, classes can take different directions and levels of depth, adapting to each individual's goals and needs.
I have worked with children, young adults, adults, and seniors in dance academies, private classes, acting training centers, and kinesiology centers.
I'm passionate about sharing the ways I've learned to inhabit and understand the anatomy of my body, and accompanying others in this process of discovery and body awareness.

Aimed at women over 50, of all fitness levels. Personalized fitness classes aim to improve and sustain healthy body movement through a flexible training plan adaptable to lifestyle and physical condition.
Through different activities and exercises, we develop a routine that works on posture, strength, coordination, and balance. This way, we can enjoy a mobile, strong, and healthy body, free from tension, pain, and contractures.
It is complemented with explanatory video material every week.
