About Sinqotshelwe Penwell
Im a strength and conditioning coach passionate about sports health and fitness as a whole, I have a degree in BA Sports Psychology and also hold in Hons in Sports Science. I have worked as a fitness instructor at the University of Johannesburg Gyms and done some varous fitness testing in different clubs and school in different sports. I've also been a tutor at University of Johannesburg for kinisiology and Anatomy and Physiology

My teaching style is based on what's required the most try to understand the requirements of each learner or class because each individual is unique and diffent and I usually follow a carefully planned methodological that follow both practical and theoratical approach. The main objective is always to make them enjoyable informative and full of energy.
