About Iris
Hello! I’m Iris, your Chinese teacher. I fell in love with teaching because I believe languages open doors—to new friendships, opportunities, and ways of thinking. As someone who studied at the University of Melbourne and taught in China, I know how fun (and challenging!) learning Mandarin can be. My goal? To make our lessons engaging, clear, and tailored to you. Whether we’re practicing conversations, mastering characters, or exploring culture, I’m here to help you grow confidently.
