About Gözde
I started my yoga journey to relieve my own shoulder pain and I got deeper into it during the Covid process. My teaching journey began when the physiotherapist suggested yoga as a supportive treatment for my brother who has scoliosis.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have become more and more eager to learn about this subject. I continue to improve myself.

Yoga classes are provided to support the physical development of all your children over the age of 3, supported by games and stories. In addition to supporting your child's muscle and bone development, their focus and concentration skills will also improve with yoga. They will begin to express themselves more comfortably and their self-confidence will develop. It will become easier for them to cope with situations such as exam anxiety.
If you wish, parent-child yoga classes are also available where you can spend time with your child and your parents.
For children under the age of 7, the lesson duration is 30 minutes. For children between the ages of 7 and 14, it is 45 minutes. For high school students, it is 1 hour.
