About Sam
I have been working for the last 3 years as the Chief Technology Officer at a company building software to monitor stock market data. This included building a full stack web application (HTML, CSS, React, Javascript, Redux, GoLang, sql), writing algorithms (python, C++), building data connectors (java, c++) and general system design. I have therefore an industry knowledge of how to go about designing web applications. I believe that the majority of online web development courses are taught by instructors with a good academic knowledge but no real hands on experience and wish to redress that. Before working in software I worked as a teacher. Through this experience I developed a good understanding of how to convey complex topics.
