About Celeste
My passion for chemistry began with curiosity about how invisible molecular interactions can create powerful changes in the physical world. This interest led me to complete a B.Sc in Industrial Chemistry followed by an M.Sc in Chemical Research, where I studied reaction mechanisms, analytical chemistry, and modern chemical applications. Over 9 years of teaching, I have guided students through chemistry with patience, clarity, and structured support that builds long-term understanding.
I believe chemistry should be taught through explanation and reasoning, not memorization alone. My teaching style focuses on breaking down difficult topics into manageable steps, using visual aids, relatable examples, and consistent practice. I encourage students to ask questions freely and to see challenging problems as opportunities to strengthen their thinking. Students often gain confidence when they realize chemistry follows clear rules and patterns.
Outside tutoring, I remain engaged with chemistry through reading scientific developments and exploring real-world applications in medicine, environmental science, and industry. Teaching chemistry is rewarding because I see learners transform from uncertainty into confidence. Supporting students as they develop strong scientific understanding and problem-solving ability is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

Chemistry becomes much easier when students understand that it is the science of how matter changes, interacts, and forms everything we see around us. In my lessons, I guide learners through core topics such as atomic structure, chemical bonding, stoichiometry, acids and bases, equilibrium, and reaction kinetics with clear, structured explanation. I focus on helping students connect chemical theory with practical examples, so that concepts feel real rather than abstract. Step by step, learners gain confidence in both calculations and deeper conceptual understanding.
Each lesson is designed around the student’s academic level and learning goals. Beginners build strong foundations by learning the periodic table, basic formulas, and simple reaction patterns. Intermediate learners strengthen their skills in balancing equations, mole calculations, energy changes, and laboratory-style reasoning. Advanced students explore organic chemistry mechanisms, electrochemistry, equilibrium systems, and exam-focused problem solving with greater depth. Every session includes guided practice, correction support, and encouragement to help students improve steadily.
Chemistry lessons also develop precision, patience, and analytical thinking. Many students feel proud when they begin solving complex reaction problems independently and understanding the logic behind chemical change. My goal is to make chemistry approachable, empowering, and deeply rewarding, helping learners feel confident in mastering the science of matter and transformation.
