About Max
I have a Master’s degree in Chemistry and 6 years of experience tutoring students of various levels. My approach emphasizes clarity, practical understanding, and fostering confidence. I aim to help learners not only understand chemistry concepts but also develop analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
I focus on tailoring lessons to each student’s needs. I use simple explanations, visual aids, and hands-on examples to make abstract concepts clear. Whether working with beginners or advanced learners, I encourage exploration, curiosity, and independent reasoning.
Outside tutoring, I engage with scientific research and practical chemistry projects, bringing real-world examples into the classroom. Chemistry becomes approachable when learners can relate abstract ideas to tangible phenomena. In my lessons, I focus on explaining chemical reactions, bonding, atomic structure, acids and bases, and molecular interactions in simple, clear terms. Lessons combine explanation, practice exercises, and illustrative examples, encouraging students to ask questions, explore ideas, and develop logical problem-solving skills. Each session emphasizes understanding, not memorization, so learners can confidently tackle both academic and real-world challenges.
Lessons are tailored to students’ levels. Beginners learn the basics of atomic structure, bonding, and simple chemical reactions. Intermediate learners explore stoichiometry, equilibrium, and reaction rates with practical problem-solving guidance. Advanced learners study reaction mechanisms, thermodynamics, and analytical chemistry applications. Exercises, examples, and guided reasoning are integrated into every session to ensure learners internalize concepts and develop independent thinking.
My goal is to help students become confident and competent in chemistry. Learners improve calculation accuracy, logical reasoning, and experimental understanding. They develop curiosity about how chemicals interact in daily life and in practical applications. Each lesson is structured to provide clarity, practical understanding, and a supportive environment for learners to thrive and enjoy the subject.
