About Lily
My fascination with chemistry began when I first observed chemical reactions during laboratory experiments in school. Watching substances change color, release heat, or produce new materials made me curious about the scientific principles behind these transformations. This curiosity motivated me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and later complete a Master’s in Chemistry to develop deeper understanding of molecular science.
Over the past 7 years, I have taught chemistry to students at different academic levels. Through this experience I discovered that chemistry becomes easier when concepts are explained in a logical and organized way. Because of this, I focus on helping students understand the connections between atomic structure, bonding, and chemical reactions.
My teaching style emphasizes clear explanations, structured learning, and regular practice. I encourage students to ask questions and explore chemical ideas with curiosity. Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about developments in chemical research and industrial chemistry, which helps me connect theoretical lessons with real scientific applications.

My chemistry lessons focus on helping students understand how atoms and molecules interact to form different substances and chemical reactions. Many learners feel that chemistry is difficult because it involves formulas and abstract ideas. In my lessons, I explain chemical concepts using simple language, diagrams, and examples that help students visualize how reactions occur and why substances behave in particular ways.
Lessons are planned according to the student’s academic level and learning objectives. Beginners start with fundamental topics such as atomic structure, elements, compounds, and the periodic table. Intermediate learners study chemical bonding, reaction types, and solution chemistry while developing skills in balancing chemical equations. Advanced students explore reaction mechanisms, chemical calculations, and examination-level problem solving that requires deeper conceptual understanding. Practice problems and discussions are included in every lesson to help students apply theoretical knowledge.
Chemistry becomes more interesting when students realize that chemical reactions explain many natural and industrial processes. My goal is to help learners move beyond memorizing formulas and develop a deeper understanding of how substances interact. As students gain confidence, they begin to see chemistry as a fascinating subject that explains the behavior of materials around them.
